Last week we wrapped up another Suncore New Leader Boot Camp—a program designed for leaders who have been promoted or joined the company within the past year.
Over the course of the training, we focused on two things that matter most in our business: operational excellence and people leadership. Leaders worked through practical skills in crucial conversations, coaching and feedback, and SST recognition (Specific, Sincere, Timely) to help them lead crews effectively and build strong teams.
