Suncore’s leadership team recently joined Clyde Administrative Services (CAS) for a Lunch & Learn focused on helping corporate support teams better understand the company’s operations, priorities and day-to-day work. The session followed the same broader CAS Lunch & Learn approach used in a recent Geneva Rock presentation, which was designed to give CAS employees a clearer picture of the businesses they support across Clyde Companies.
During the presentation, Suncore leaders gave an overview of the company and the work happening across the business. It was a chance to put more context behind the day-to-day requests, systems and support work that connect CAS teams to Suncore operations.
More than anything, the meeting helped make those connections feel more personal. When teams understand the bigger picture, it becomes easier to see how each role supports the work happening across the company.
These Lunch & Learns are meant to strengthen alignment across Clyde Companies by helping CAS employees better understand the subsidiaries they work with and the impact of their support. That shared understanding helps build stronger partnerships and better outcomes for everyone involved.
Suncore appreciated the opportunity to spend time with the CAS team and share more about the company. It was a good reminder that when people understand each other’s work better, they can work together better too.
